Throughout the past few years Americans have taken on a new interest in food and beverage. With the rise in popularity of the food network, and television shows such as Top Chef and Hell's Kitchen, people that would never have referred to themselves as "foodies" are branching out and beginning to try new recipes in there own kitchen as well as outside establishments.
